Have you thought about maybe buying a sheet of auto soundproofing carpet and using your old one as a template to cut around. Better soundproofing than standard stuff ( which holds onto water like a sponge ) and a quick look online shows up various types, colours, thicknesses etc and some can be moulded with a hair drier for a better fit.
I would stay clear of ones that stick in place incase water gets in and trapped under it and get one with a none absorbent backing for the same reason. Going too thick may affect the 7th seat latch to floor anchor if it does not compress enough though.
