HI SIMON.
JUST LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THE FANTASTIC DAY OUT .
SHEILA SAYS THANK YOU TO DINKY AND JJ FOR STEPPING IN AND LEADING GROUP 2 .POOR LASS COULD HARDLY SEE THE MAP YET ALONE READ IT.
WELL GOT THE DISCO STUCK ON THEM LOOSE ROCKS ,JUST DIDNT WANT TO CLIMB. FINNISHED UP GUNNING IT AND BOUNCING FROM ROCK TO ROCK ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP ,SHEILA LAUGHING ALL THE WAY UP SEEMED TO MAKE HER FEEL MUCK BETTER AS WELL.
GOT A NICE SLAB OF WENSLEYDALE AND APRICOT CHEESE.
FANTASTIC VIEWS GOT SOME VIDIO AND A FEW SHOTS WILL SORT AND GET THEM ON HERE.
FROM LEAVING LEEMING BAR TO ARRIVING AT MARHAM? I CLOCKED UP 65 MILES ,SO WE COVERED A FAIR BIT OF GROUND.
JT IVE GOT SOME VIDEO OF YOU :kissy AND A COUPLE OF PHOTOS OF YOU PULLING A DISCO BACKWARDS:clap:)
ALSO GOT SOME VIDIO OF THE DIF LOCK LADS.

im gutted your so far away, might think about a trailor, put truck on trailer and pull it up with my transit camper, best of both worlds, i can kip in camper and if there's any damage i can still get truck home:clap something to think about, :thumb2 :D

Hi Wendy, it was a grand day out with crackin cheese, it was Wensleydale too:lol

Luckily it is a front tyre which is one of the older tyres, see what the tyre place says tomorrow. It's a risk you take, just one of them things. It hasn't spoilt my memories of the day though and I'll certainly be going again.

Can't check mine yet as they are still covered in mud:lol:lol:lol I got a small nick in the side wall on one of my tyres last year:rolleyes:but luckly the Falkens seem quiet thick & after giving it a prod with a screwdriver it did'nt go down but they'll be getting changed this year when I manage to wear them down a bit more:augie

No, I haven't checked mine properly either - but didn't spot anything amiss in a cursory walkaround this morning. A year or two back, I had to replace an almost new BFG All Terrain that I managed to damage on a laning trip in Derbyshire. I do know that I've misplaced one of the plastic hubcap thingies (I guess it got whacked on a rock) and got another "battle scar" on the front nearside alloy itself - but then again, the alloys have plenty of those, so I guess I can live with that.

No at the grinton meet Cosmic we went down the same hill but the bottom bend which is about 170' hairpin was alot more washed out & the hole on the inside of the bend was deeper:augie

certainly going to have a look for a trailer, obviously alot depends on spare cash, my missus said she's not to sure about it, well it is her truck so not to suprised really,but plenty of time to work on it.:sly:naughty

He didn't get that far I'm afraid - he'll have to have a go another time.

His MANUAL FWH let him down on the tight hairpin on the lane before and was stuck for quite sometime. Had to strip the hub down and lock it "manually" from inside and then I gave him a tow.

I invited all "the big Nissan names" off Difflock but he was the only one who could make it - did it by PM for reasons I'm sure you can imagine :augie:augie
