But in all seriousness, I'm still waiting on steering stuff, unless that goes on I aint coming because it's hard enough keeping it on tarmac at the moment never mind rocky green lanes. There is so much play in the centre steering bar ball joints that the steering wheel is at the 10 oclock position when driving in a straight line

And then once that is done I have to get tyres on!!!!

Ok it's not long now, Thinking about organising a pub meal for the friday nearby. It's pretty good food and not that expensive. Will need numbers of people who want to eat.

Just a quick heads up with regards to people staying in the bothy, There's a small chance that walkers or cyclists will be there and they will take priority over us so bring tents in case we have to stay elsewhere.

Molly and I will be landing at the campsite Friday afternoon so will definitely need feeding and we're tenting so will have it with us wether we're staying at the bothy or back to the campsite. :thumb2

Expecting my steering stuff next week as soon as my pitman arms have been upgraded but not sure yet, it's still very much 50/50, tyres still need to be replaced up front, tracking done and spare thrown on :nenau

Cash isn't an issue anymore, I've been busy :naughty It's just time :doh

Well I been welding my front end that has been wanting since I bought the motor 2 years ago, rad was about to fall out, plus water pump had just started leaking, but no time to fit the good wings that are standing by, so gaffer tape here we come, thing is got MOT soon after we return from Wales and little time to play around with such stuff, we are all ready to rock and roll on Friday next to meet with you all in Wales, Rick

What you been up to mate?

Just general stuff, checking diff, gearbox and transfer box oils and greasing props. Also jacked up front end and checked for play in the bearings (and had a play about locking the hub and making the Lokka ratchet :lol).

Tow bar flange off and hi-lift strapped in the back, she's good to go :thumb2
