You can buy small tubes of windscreen sealant from motor shops. I swear by some stuff called Sicaflex but it's kind of perminant stuff. Hummingbird may be able to give you some more idea's as he sells workshop consumables.

Try Tolleys, Creeping Crack Cure, about £5.00 a bottle, from marine chandleries, it is a thin rubber like solution, that creeps (wicks) down, and is not messy like some of the solutions you can get, and it is not permanent in case you need to seperate the trim.
Easy to wipe off the excess and it works.

thanx will try that.defo screen leaking headliner all wet where it meets the screen!

found water in passenger footwell. checked windscreen and found a very small piece of rubber seal missing, filled gap with a sealant from motor spare shop, no more leaks! bought the stuff from motorworld, not sure of name but think might be only one they do. will check and let you know.
