Hello all.

The name's Pete. Just purchased a 03 LWB Terrano from a mate today.

I have a few jobs to do before she hits the road. I run an MG ZT-T that's on it's last legs. So when the MG dies, the Nissan will take it's place as my main vehicle.
My baby is a Monaro. Hence my user name. :thumb2 :thumb2

Hi Pete, and welcome, sorry but me being a thicky do not know what a monaro is, Rick

Welcome :thumb2
Pictures of all vehicles would be grand. We love pictures.

HSV Monaro. LS2 6.0 V8. She's from Australia.

Have a Google :thumbs

had a quick look, so excuse my ignorance, but what links the Terrano to the Monaro, I am sure others will be along to to put me in my place soon, Rick

No link what so ever, other than explaining why he calls himself Monaro Pete.
He now has a Terrano, but his pride and joy at the moment is the Monaro, if he has his Terrano as long as I have, then his pride and joy might change lol...

The sobering thought is...
For over one third of my life I have owned the Maverick, seems like I bought it yesterday...

Hi Pete, sorry miss-read your name and post, thought you said Marina.

Different beast :lol

I'm sure yours is a beast :thumbs

Hi Pete and welcome aboard. I'm kind of opposite to you, when and if ever one of my terranos die it will be replaced by an mg, mgb gt:lol

Hope my truck never dies and i can get the mg running too.

always liked the Monaro but unfortunately always makes me think Vauxhall calibre sadly so always liked the commodore clubby, both my neighbours had them in NZ, pretty common cars over there.

Anyway back to topic, welcome..

Thank you Rustic for putting me straight, I missed the point completely :doh Rick

Note to self, must learn to read post properly before I reply, Rick:eek:

Thank you ALL for your welcomes :thumb2 :thumb2

Having paid the tenner & opened up the rest of the forum, I find the guy I purchased my Terrano off is on here. It's clivvy's old truck :D :D :thumb2

So she stays in the fold so to speak :bow

I kind of guessed it was, it's a nice truck is that. A bit of a tidy up on that nsr and it'll be a mint motor.
