Blumin cars..

Might be doubtfull cos the clutch went on the wifes Mondeo today a 53 plate thats only done 42'000, while i wated for the AA to come 3.5 hours i got a few quotes- £1000 down to £670 due to having a flywheel or two that are in the clutch. It was £310 without but of corse it rudy needed them. It only cost me about £500 for the Patrol about 2 years ago. The machanic said he did a clutch on a Mondeo deisel that had only done 21'000. So not doing anything till The Road Orkney Trip. Big G.

thats why i'm glad that i only run the one motor now as you only have one to worry about(and that can be expensive enough)
dabda can you give me a rough idea where we will be in the dales so i can sort out my memory map regions and upload it to pda(i'm gettin posh now:lol:lol)

last couple iv'e done have been a bit dissapointing with the turn out

Lift required

Would anyone be able to give a young man a lift back to the Bedale area at the end of the trip.
Were hoping to finish at Scar res above Pateley bridge for the final line up pictures before we depart for home but this cant be guaranteed obviously.
The young man in question has a Nissan Terrano which unfortunately wont be in running order in time for the trip. So he is able to get to the meeting point and jump in a spare seat but would then need a lift back up to the Bedale area.
