Is it struggling to start then?

Not with the new plugs, but not being controlled correctly it starts on the button as always but as the plugs then die so does the engine, 2nd start and a few revs and it is OK but big clouds of grey smoke but will not put those ceramic plugs back in and the only proper ones I can find (with 4 5 and 6 not having earth through the plug body) are not only ceramic but mega expensive, hence the work round,Rick

That sounds like an intricate fix Rick, I wish I knew as much about electronics as you and Ray!!! When you going to come and tell us some more stories and share some more knowledge around a camp fire, it's overdue, I bet you're dying for some laning action :clap

I ain't been on fb for a while, only cos me phone broke though, fb app makes me tablet run like crap so I just check in to see whatagwan once in a while! Trick with fb is not to take it too serious and have a laugh

I would've have done the Welsh weekend but 6th is my birthday and that's the only free weekend I've got in April, even if I could get the time off work

Well back to the glow plug issue, although it did not test out as I expected yesterday on cold starting today it was faultless, now this may just be due to the higher ambient temp but no misfiring or clouds of grey smoke, time will tell, Rick

Got these to go on for lanning etc, the pair against the skip are old ones the pair leaning on them are new and the last one is a part worn 265/70/16 that I would like to get a match for, also got two good 31/10.5/15 on Mitzy wheels coming soon, so should be well tyred for the Welsh lane meet :naughty Rick
