Well you did want to plug that pipe didn't you.
Some bright spark must have thought of that.
:lol:lol:lol

front left corner, as you look at it, have known the symptoms you explain be related to a leaky intercooler - but don't ask me how, they just are! lol

My dad just had his Pathfinder turbo reconed in Nottingham, cost him about £250 and it look like a brand new one.

Well that's a good start :thumb2 I think it was a few months ago I last looked, but from the states about £150 plus post etc. I'm inclined toward a new upgraded one once the old one's goosed. You might aswsell get some extra grunt for all tha hassle of taking the bugger off :sly
My modified one (compressor end) was only about £160 I think. Just mating it onto the turbine end now as it happens :naughty
Just need to find a good balancing company now :augie
Here's the sort of thing I've got http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/t28-turbo...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4ab767ae44

I've head horror stories about these cheap ebay turbos. most are poor Chinese copys that self destruct in spectacular fashion, so I'm told.
