I think the issue us to do with the size if your bucket [emoji38]
How about downloading your non linked pics back to yourself to get under the 2gigabytes limit. Mine is working fine but then I only have 1.6 on there now 🤔
It's not that, I am only at 16%.

Banshee, is there a way that we can put photos or links to photos in our existing project threads?
I'd like to keep my project thread as posts by other members are a large part of a project thread.
So far I've not been effected but I'm guessing it's only a matter of time.

The only way I can see fixing this is to uplaod all my images to the new host and then update all my links manually, this is going to be a tiring process :(

It's a good job I have the 6 weeks holiday coming up where school will be dead, I'm going to have to check every single picture.

Photobucket are SCUM for doing that, I hold them in the same regards as Milners now :lol :doh

Well that's my sig fixed and the 1st post worth of images in my project thread :bow

I like so many others are glad you are back with your finger on the pulse.
I know Jim was very worried about his picture uploads.
Hopefully you can get us to a point where we have an alternative way of getting the pictures hosted.

I totally agree not to pay the "ransom" to photobucket, as they will just milk their clients year on year with ever increasing costs.

I totally support your decision in what ever direction you choose. It doesn't matter if it takes months until all the pictures are sorted, even if some can't be. We have a principle here and as a forum we must uphold our standards.

Zac, you are a great guy, with clear responsibilities, you don't appear to be a man that gives up at the first problem.
This is probably what your employers see when you are at work, and why you are probably the best man for the job. Good luck with work.:thumb2

Now some serious advice from your Uncle Rustic, Zac at this point in time you MUST give all your time and efforts into your career, don't get bogged down in forum issues, I know most , well all of us understand and know that when and if you get time you will do your best to help the forum.

It's your career that funds your family and life style, so do your utmost to ensure your career is on solid ground before you take hold of forum issues. You already mentioned the 6 weeks holidays, but you need a break to, and you will probably be in work most of that anyway, so as a forum, we don't expect an instant fix.

Do what is right first, I think there are many members behind you.
A big Thank You... Uncle Rustic.:clap:clap

Thanks Uncle!!!! :kissy

I've filed that one under "Important" in and amongst the grey matter

seems to be working ok for me too:nenau

Seems to be hitting people in waves at the moment, don't know if they are targeting accounts bit by bit or if indeed they only block you from embedding images once you hit a certain amount of bandwidth?

That being said I almost halved my usage last night and still didn't restore my pics, every single picture I've ever posted in this forum is now trashed :banghead

Something along the same lines Zac mate, if something has to be done regarding the forum it is not your sole responsibility, share the workload man :D:thumb2
