After failing an MOT last October, I decided the old Troll needed some TLC. Arches (as usual) were starting to go/gone, chassis on the inner faces either side of the fuel tank were virtually non existant, and there was plenty of rust elsewhere.
So, stripped the underneath, shot blasted everything, and painted the lot. The filled all the cavities with Waxoyl. Should last a while now!

Cheers. :thumb2
Did the whole job at a mates workshop. Had run out of the stone chip paint, so used some industrial floor paint that was lying about. He'd used it on his workshop floor and it was pretty tough stuff.

rust to near side sill, just behind the door. This was caused because the sunroof drain didn't have a proper exit hole.

Yeah, the whole underneath got blasted. took everything off apart from engine, gear box and transfer box. She's all back together now, and on the road. She's a 1994 model.
