3 existing holes already on the wheel arch lined up quite nicely! :augie

I'll also fit a bracket in the corner to support the corner without a nut and bolt.

But for now, just a quick test fit.

:clap Beautiful... Happy with that! :thumb2

Cheers Guys. :thumb2

Had the dash apart... Again.

I'm going to have a bank of 7 Carling style switches where the Diff Lock Switch and Cig Lighter are currently situated...

The Cig Lighter will be extended into the rear passenger area and turned into USB ports and I'm going to move the Diff Lock Switch to the left of the centre console, under the heated seat buttons.

Looking good mate,

Im sure you could have a carling switch for the difflock too?

Yeh looking good bud :thumb2

Reminded me I need to do something with my difflock switch now that the rear difflock isn't working. Thinking about using it to trigger a relay for my worklights (I'd leave myself with the ability to connect the difflock gubbins up again if/when I fix the difflock although I'm not in any rush now I've got the Lokka).

I was reading about that... I look forward to seeing how it works! :D

So this week (But most likely next week :() I eagerly await some big heavy parts from overseas... As I prepare for their fitment, see if you can guess what they could be. :naughty

1st job, rear bumper removal.

Getting rid of those reversing sensors and tidying up the wires that used to lead to the rear lights in the bumper.

This nicely leads us on to new working rear lights.

They were almost Plug & Play... I had to hijack a tail light feed for the off side light, and also the fog light is white. :doh

Now onto the Front!

That wasn't so bad either... I do know there is a bit of the original steel bumper to be removed and unless someone can say otherwise, I think mine might have some added extra metal!

The diagonal tube coming from the chassis rail looks a bit, errrrr, aftermarket! :nenau

Nope, those outriggers are standard on UK spec Trols for some reason as is the horizontal tube (the chassis crossmember is further back). Aussie Trols don't have them and I had to cut them off when fitting my ARB bumper.

My guess is steel front and rear bumpers... ??

:clap That's the one. :thumbs

Funny, I just went through your thread for reference and seen those steel sections. Best get the cutting disc out. :naughty

Loving the thread. Loving the carpet. Luxury workshop:thumbs

It beats lying on a cold or wet floor! :thumb2

We used to lift the carpet for our cars, but as time went on we couldn't be bothered! :lol

Steel bumpers marked up for cutting...
