You said you got no spare, didn't read it right.
For the spare, you will need to find another key fob from eBay or wherever and remove the remote locking internals and battery for the flip key.
Put a pic of your key blade on here. Nissan changed the keys yours might be the larger one so no need to change the blade in the flip, just get it cut.
Your local key cutter man will have the transponders or source your own for £5. (takes ya chance)
Have you just got the 1 key at the mo, no spare?

How do I get the remote locking internals programmed to work on my car?
well, got a new key cut today with transponder, £35 at Timpsons. Tested and working
Hi Mate.
Am I right in thinking that the key you had cut and programmed, will unlock the door and start the car, but the alarm will activate when you open the door, as the key has no remote to turn the alarm off...

exactly right! just so happens on my car, the last owner has unplugged the alarm siren for this very reason - once I get remote programmed ill be reconnecting it.
Does programming the transponder just work the central locking and start the car? Is there additional programming required for the alarm? If so, how do I do that?
Ah, now I see, it all makes sense now. Thanks for explaining that a bit clearer for me :bow
