Before you go diving into gearbox issues just check the condition of the clutch pedal bush and assembly.known to crack the spot welds and cause similar issues.:thumb2
I'm sure Rick has advised against adding this in the Terrano :nenau
And the damper pipe to the rear f the truck. I've just changed my clutch master cylinder only to discover that the sodding damper pipe was leaking at the rear when I went to bleed it. Couldn't see the leak until it failed completely :sly
Damper pipe cut and sealed. Problem sorted. Could've saved myself £26 though

I had problems with shifting until I replaced the oil with the original Nissan oil MT-XZ 75W-80. Since then it works much more smoothly, but still the reverse gear is kind of tricky. I was wondering if some gearbox additive like the one from LiquiMoly would help ... I'm kind of sceptical when it comes to "magic" out of a tube for 7,95€
