Heater hose T'd into for the evaporator
Photo260-1.jpg

Wiring loom (well start of it) for all the safety solenoids :)

Fitting an extra micro switch on the throttle so there'll be no gas when off the loud pedal.
Inertia switch also for those , er, well horizontally challenged moments :sly
Testing in the morning I hope then some gas up it :naughty

Fitted the second micro switch today:thumbs
Piggy backed on the the other and modified the throttle pad to switch both at the same time:rolleyes:

LPG venturi now made and fitted :thumb2
Used the old oil blow by intake using a 22-15mm end feed reducer and a bit of 15mm copper. Banged an olive on one end for the hose to grip on and cut the other end at 45 degrees ish to make a crude venturi :D
Photo278-1.jpg

Gas pipe now all clipped on and it's off for some gas tomorrow

The 3.0 clutch and pressure plate will fit the 2.7 flywheel having machined it and redrilled to suit the p/p holes. Mine is on the virge of slipping again now, but i think ive lifted the head and burst the HG grrr :( lol!

really pleased this has worked out for you pete , i know its taken lots of time and effort, enjoy you only get one crack at it .

That's a pain Timbo :( Is there a stronger bolt set available or have you found the engine's limit?:sly
What's your power output like pre HG issue?

ARP do bolts that will fit so thats no problem.

It's the 22:1 CR that's the issue - peak cylinder pressures are just too high even with moderate (22psi) of boost.

Somewhere around 220hp & 380ftlbs on the last dyno which was when the clutch started to slip.
