Good to hear the dogs recovering Rick. As we all know who own dogs the pick up on a hell of a lot including when we are ill. Back to it, an interesting project here Rick.
 
Dish/glass wash area, the shelf on the right has been loose!! since the beginning, had to remove it to raise it and found it was fixed with 30mm screws:eek::doh

Kitchen from chef's perspective, test ran the fan today, boy does it suck, will do a canopy smoke test tomorrow, all for today, Rick

Yes John she is back to her normal self today.

Well smoke test done today, and I have to say I am well pleased, these pics are all on speed one and as you can see there is a lot of smoke but no over-spill on the canopy, in practice I would expect them to use speed 2 or 3 and when needed they can use 5,at this setting the smoke went straight up to the filter

This unit gave hassle as pressure switch pulled in when fan on but did not release when fan off so did not cut gas as it should, much head scratching till I got meter on it with Sarah playing with controls while I monitored in the roof space, will fit a pressure switch from a boiler tomorrow

All the gas cooking gear but there are two more electric ovens to the left not seen, one a steam oven, the other a Merrychef
