I think I've found the problem, the black and red wires on top of the primer pump aren't getting power. Is that for the cutoff? I honestly can't remember

Ryan you have to crack off an injector pipe then get some 1 to turn the engine over if the fuel flows out ur stop solenoid is working did u do that
No, hadn't done that, pumped the primer and their was fuel their
