No wonder people are looking :D Good job tho mate, did you connect on behind clusters and run two sets of wires or just one.

Couldn't figure out how to connect behind clusters. ( from outside to inside)
I removed the left side panel, inside the boot, and found the main loom. Eventually found the side light wire and piggy backed it, managed to thread through the body under where the rear door/carpet trim is ( there's a locating hole in the centre and I threaded a length of welding wire through from centre to left, taped the wire on and pulled it through then done the same from centre to right) and it worked a treat. The left light was obviously straight back and up:thumb2
Make sense?

Yeh mate perfect sense, wish I'd have done that actually it's better than creating more holes in the bodywork :doh

I was almost ready to do that but couldn't, plus it would have been more wires exposed to the elements
That's a crap design when there's loads of space available to enclose the rear of the clusters :nenau

Yup, I'm gonna check my wires and give them some extra insulation when I put another bumper on, I tried to straighten this one up but didn't work :( I need a hug :D

It'll be fine pal, mines all outta line too. It'll probably be dragged off on some gnarly rock in September anyway :banghead

You should get some sidesteps for the sidesteps mate :lol I reckon I'll be leaving mine off, feck it, keepin my pink furry dice tho:lol

I'd rather the side steps take a beating than the sills though

Definitely, my sills need welding as it is, might be able to get em done before wales and beef em up a bit, might have to chop the strip pole in half and use it as rock sliders :lol

Them rocks`'ll slide right on down, then up and down again :naughty

Um, caravan break and side lights are on same bulb. So will check if the holder will fit, save making holes for new holders

Job to do Monday.

Zippy if you find a good quality stop n tail bulb holder let me know. It's easy to make an extra notch in the hole that the stop bulb holder fits into.
