Came to work today no problems.
After work, turned ignition on for 5 secs, tried to start. No success, weak battery. Tried few more times, engine cranks, but no success.
Asked colleague to pull me - strange sound, but could not start.
Managed to turn engine on this way:
ignition on - 2nd gear in - release clutch - no success ->
car still pulled - clutch in - ignition off - ignition on - clutch release - engine starts.
Car was driving OK with red immobiliser light on.
Came home, found P1610 fault - immobiliser - NATS Locked mode
I have no idea how it happened, used same key all the time.
Tried following with no success:
- Second key
- Ignition on for 5 seconds - off - on - repeat 3 times -> no success
- battery off for few minutes (not disconnected it for overnight)
- ignition on for 2 minutes
- 2nd key learning
Now immobiliser light changed flashing pattern:
unlocked - flashes as usual (on-off)
locked - very fast dim pulsing for about 5 secs, then 1 sec bright, then again...
I'm worried that it may need PIN now or something...
