Got the same & the wifi app for the hotspots is great you can't beat free wifi:thumbs

We use BT, but what app are you using? as the app I have on ipad, requires that you need to be on wifi already in order to locate one...:doh:doh:doh

Install the BT WiFi app put user name and password in it automatically logs on to nearest hotspot
