its worth concidering....
look at my previous profile. i dont as a rule make fun of nor am i a nasty person
its true i dont agree with people all of the time, but im usually polite about it

so with that in mind
why would i want a place to take the piss out of people

usually im guilty of posting controversial idea's that often cause heated debates..... bit like this one

for me i just wanted to discuss ideas on fueling modifying etc that i knew would cause more heated debates

yes i sometimes bend the rules and or the law, but i never go out to break the rules completely.
this i consider is no different to having the wrong type of number plate on or your bumpers too high off the ground . cos most here are guilty of these crimes ..... but i never complain when someone else does it

video's
whenever team wales does a video or pics.... they are usually viewed with a pinch of salt by most and enjoyed . then all of our threads are bombarded with complaints about you cant do this or you cant do that by a few. do i ever say f o mind your own business. or that's your way not ours. no we politely explain our case

off road, ok i dont subscribe to glass or crag so as a non member and choosing to stay out of them. when people complain i am not doing things the right way, thats your way not mine. they are your associations guidlines not mine.
then they start on video evidance etc. so why wouldnt we want our videos kept out of the complaining eye. one things for sure my truck wont be shown on here by me with my plates showing anymore and i will always encourage covering them from now on at any meet

if this is, as you all hope, "a club" there should be chance for everyone to feel comfortable here. maybe even a feeling of trust and feel they are not going to get torpedoed if the suggest stuff. ...that for me ruins a club

i always encourage fun here from everyone. and i know all of team wales do too. we welcome anyone to our meets

I know I've had my say on this and I have nothing against you personally :thumb2 but I maintain that if you've done nothing wrong it doesnt matter who views the vids or reads the joke. As pointed out elsewhere its a pay to view agree to the terms web site.

If your house in order it doesn't matter a toss what others have to say on your thread, especially with you keeping it on track as a mod perhaps ? let them view your video, let them comment, on there own thread and if you dont like it dont read it.

I'm not quite sure what you are actually scared of. Very few things are black and white and the grey areas often develop some very good points.

I'll pick you up on one thing though. No one gets torpedoed for suggesting things. They get torpedoed for stepping outside of the guidelines when theres no need for them to

By setting up a private area you are excluding a lot of people, myself included who are genuinely interested in them.
