Nut M14 x 1.5 60 deg cone

Might be worth buying just one nut to make sure it's right.

I was trying that, put it in some clingfilm to stop it sticking, but the hole is so deep it gets distorted getting it out..

Try so talcum powder or flower, or oil or silicone spray. Or just fill it with silicone sealant and push it out from the other side when set :nenau

I think I have found your wheels online in pictures

It looks as though you have a decent aftermarket brand of wheel manufactured by
Interpneu Handelgelshaft GMBH based in Germany yours appear to be a model of wheel named Platin made for various makes of vehicle.

They manufacture the Platin Brand of Wheels & Platina Tyres yours appear to be type RP1 8018 and the picture in the link looks like your wheels.

Cheers Ted, do you read German?

Richo pointed out the the JWL is a safety mark, is the STW also some form of assessment mark as well?

The T2 wheel nut is cone 60 degree, so I did the pencil line on one of them, and it did the job, so as buying one nut was almost half way to buying 20, I have taken a leap of faith... Fingers crossed...

They are talking about Snow in a couple of weeks, and I know full well if I haven't got it sorted, it will snow, and if I do somehow managed to get it all done in plenty of time, we will only get a smattering of the stuff...:lol

I learnt Conversational & Technical German when I was at University back in my third year to prepare me for working in a Chemical Plant in Krefeld-Urdingen where I worked for 6 months as a Plant Operator in 1970.

I became reasonably fluent in the language enough to enable me to speak to my mother who was born in Austria and came to the UK with me when I was 5 year old. For the next 5 years when I went on holiday with the wife to Greece etc I would try to engage to keep up my vocabulary. Sadly now 40 years later it has pretty much all gone - if you don't use it you loose it.

My PC seems to always come up with a Translate option for foreign website so I just use that instead. My mother who came to the UK permanently in 1953 eventually lost her native language through lack of use when she was about 60 years of age. She could strangely enough understand what was being said to her in German but could only reply in English !

I really hope we have some snow this year as our Jeep WJ has not been driven in any meaningful snow by us. Only our old r3mR saw real snow and that was a great couple of weeks back in was it 2010 or 2011.
