Wow!!!! That's wore more than I expected

I'm sure glad mine is nice and thick, feel sorry for all those that took Ricks advice in multiple other threads I've seen and use Aluminium or "an old coke can" :lol :doh

Top news, my son sneaked in my valves as a job from his garage :sly Just had them back refaced and ready to lap :clap
Yay happy Mondays

Head build stalled
Had the valves back today. Cut as per Nissan manual, 45 degrees.
Thought I'd be banging the head on tonight but darn it , no cigar.
Valves cleaned up ok

I even checked the shaft  no point putting a small shaft in a big hole :lol
Again all within spec :thumbs

BUT, here's where things stalled again. I lapped away expecting an easy session but keep getting double seat points :( So my thinking is the valve seat is a bit goosed too ?

Question, can I get a second cut put on the valves to loose that second contact point?
Like maybe a few degrees over 45 at the second contact point :nenau Reason being I really don't fancy another wallet emptying session getting new valve seat done too :surrender
What say you experts

Looks good to me that mate nice contact point all the way round the valve and seat. Dont worry about that extra contact point. If you add an extra angle to the valve the seat must be cut to match hence 3 angle valve seats.
