That’s looking great elty.

Have a look at Lazy Ferrets project Jiggly thread as I think he had a bank of switches too.

Neat Battery Array !

Good choice of battery I love Yuasa's cut corners with the Jeep WK as it has a Hankook AGM one - there is no doubt Yuasa Batteries are getting slowly more expensive as the word spreads how great they are!

Last time I looked Halfrauds had dropped the Yuasa Black LIfetime warranty version.

I got the yuasa with the project terrano for an extra 25 Quid :thumb2
I've also got the hankook leisure/marine battery which has lasted well:D

Starting to take shape.

Head unit fitted and working in the lower cubby hole.
As it's only a radio, blue tooth unit it's not very deep and fits nice down there.
CB moved up where the ash tray used to sit.Was hoping it would sit further back but the ecu is behind and limits the space.
Made an MDF fascia to fit the switch pod in.
Needs a bit of sanding and shaping and painting black.
Overall I'm quite pleased with the new lay out.

Think I might change the bulbs in the heater controller and gear selector to match.

Got round to fitting the split charge kit today.
Quite a simple job really.
Longest part was routing, measuring, cutting and crimping the cables.

Going to run the cables in some of that black flexible trunking.
(Cheers Blocky:thumb2)

That’s a great job elty, I thought about putting a battery there on 3 litre but never got around to it. Tried to look at cable routing on my van this afternoon but I just wasn’t up to it today so left it.

Cheers Jim.
Next on the list is my auxiliary fuse box.
Think I'm going to fit that inside underneath the dash if I can find a suitable place.

My Aux fuse box is in the passenger footwell, screwed to the kick panel. (It's not been kicked yet!)

That other box you can see with the plugs on it, it the relay distribution box I made to power the roof lights.

Thanks Jay:thumb2
That is exactly how I want to do mine.
Did contemplate buying a multiple relay holder but that looks just the ticket:cool:

Yeah me too, but this had to fit somewhere very specific under the bonnet of another 4x4,so I wanted it to be water tight.

I think I still have the pictures of the build... I'll maybe try to stick them on here in my build thread in a bit.

Searching thru my build thread, there's a lot of pictures missing, (Thanks photobucket!) so I've been putting them back on!

Post #36 is where you will find the relay box build.. Here's the LINK.
