Not sure where to relocate the Power steering res yet as iv'e got my catch can in the space next to the abs unit.
was hoping it would just sit up near the master cylinder:nenau

I tried there first found it very tight with the hoses and depending what battery you get also means there is not a whole lot of room

yeah it does look like it will be snug.

Had a couple of hours on the second battery install today.
After I had moved the pas res out of the way and the washer bottle it was time to make a tray.

Support bracket welded on and ready to fit in place.

A bit snug but they fit.

Just the securing straps to make and find a permanent home for pas reservoir.

Also sorted the screen wash filler.
Bit of pipe which fits perfect:thumb2

Still want to beef the tray up a bit and add a lip on the back edge to keep the battery firmly planted.
The big task is sorting out the wiring.
Going to strip out all the aux wiring and run it all through a single fuse box and fit my switch pod when it arrives

Got the tray finished earlier today.
Still needs to come out and be powder coated when I'm back at work.

New switch pod arrived today.

Been having a look this afternoon as where I can fit it.
Think this might be the preferred layout provided the cables for the head unit will reach.
