If i had full facilities all the time i would be knocking them out.
Once this one is finished I'm going to try to get a price to have a batch made through work.

I know what you mean. Would be nice to have a little workshop setup. Not sure my little welder would be upto making anything like that though

Its not a sharp corner just a sharp angle.
You couldn't cut yourself on it which is what the sharp edges in an mot refers to isn't it?
The rubber on the arches is sharper.
Mot is almost a year away and alot can change in that time:thumb2

Funny you should say that.
This design of bumper is called a stealth by many manufacturers.

That edge would have been handy as a tin opener on the M25 when that X5 pushed me under an artic trailer. :naughty Wouldn't have been so kind to the trailer tyres though.
