So the arse who sold this kit has emailed back.. After numerous back and fourth emails and pictures ect.

The plot thickens... It was delivered on the 6th back to this place recorded with sig and track number.. Chap is now saying it has not turned up... I have contacted him 3 times, weirdly enough whilst on phone to Paypal he messaged me on ebay saying he hasn't seen it

Make a formal complaint to eBay, paypal etc. If you have his physical location, you can always go and have a word with him. But don't get aggressive, preferably take witnesses or a video - if he calls the police on you, you will take the blame...

Open a dispute on ebay. You'll have you money back quick sharp.

Hmm, seems it might partially be my fault, there are two shops with the same name 50 miles apart from each other... Seems I may have sent to the other shop... Will have to confirm as I cannot find the address he gave me...

Take it up with ebay as you'll get a full refund as you have 100% proof it was sent back & signed for, ebay should refund you straight away:thumbs I bought a sandisk sd card which looks to be a fake got a full refund:thumbs You can only take the matter up with either ebay or paypal but if you start to get know where with them PM me:thumbs
