I would think about 2 gallon max for the day.
there are petrol stations on the route .
As Elton says I carry towing strops and waffle boards ,but very unlikely to need them as most lanes are stone based .
and if any are so wet we could damage them then the practice is to keep OFF.
if you have O/S map no`s 110 and 119 of the area it makes it more interesting to follow where you are being led.

ooh that would be fun, I would like to say I am 95% coming at the moment things are looking good. I even skipped my new hobby Kayaking tonight to try and save fuel for the weekend

I will have a look for my old maps from my trail riding days in the peak district too

could anyone use a spare 15 inch terrano2 rim, has a poor 235/75x15 tyre
on it, just having garage clear out, was my 2nd spare on old t2, no use
to the troll has has 16"s

free to a good truck.
