damn squeak won't go!!!!

my truck is still making an awfully loud squeaking creaking noise from front right wheel whenever steering is turned or you drive over somthing as big as a grain of rice:doh:doh just changed the upper ball joint and drop link and it's made no differance, lower ball joint still has plenty of miles left in it. after further looking it seems to be coming from the CV boot on the drive shaft...where it goes into the hub....any ideas????

in previous 4x4's it has been a ball joint, it will still in the early stages pass an MOT but will sound like grandmas bedstead.
