can and how well does 3.0L di run on svo

sorry i might be starting to piss people off with all my questions but i no the 2.7 tdi till 2007 can run on either svo or bio diesel but what about the 3.0L di engine will that run on svo and will it take 100% or will it need to be mixed with diesel thanks and again sorry for all the question.

mine been on svo for 6 months now... all great, just not to happy when towing up hill.

drop of diesel in all worked well...

think i need a heat exchanger to thin it down a bit more after the filter..

I wouldn’t, as far as I am aware the 3.0 has a Bosch VP44 injection pump, not the most reliable pump Bosch has ever made.

i do have a T2 tdi.. just think it would run better with a heat exchanger.. can be a little slugish when you put your foot to the floor

get a heated diesel filter unit from a mondeo the one i had was a 99-2000 model, simple to wire in to your t2 zipps, :thumb2
