Well guys thanks for all the advice. We have ordered a Neff from Currys today, it’ll be here on Monday.
Had fun with the salesman though, he was very pushy trying to sell extra warranty and a new energy supplier. He tried telling me that the manufacturers warranty is very limited and doesn’t covery very much at all where as their warranty covers everything even accidental damage, they’ll even replace the oven if it can’t be fixed and as long as we keep paying there isn’t a time limit on the cover. Apparently if a switch breaks in the manufacturers warranty it’s not covered or a door seal. Even tried explaining that if a faulty occurs due to a manufacturing fault then it is covered. Actually ended up getting quite heated from him as well. Anyhoo not worth carrying on but we needed the oven they have it ready for delivery on monday so we got it but seen as we have the salesmans name on the invoice I think his manager will be getting a nice polite letter:augie
