Been wondering what to do of late with the lwb terrano I acquired last year then I came across this.

My original idea was to turn it into a pop top camper but it's just not realistically big enough.
Thinking of doing an Aussie style tray back with some sort of canopy.

I did think of that but I don't like the overhang of them.
Didn't know if something like Rome a home camper body would fit with a bit of fettling :nenau

There's a Icelandic one where the back comes up at 45° for off-road use. But it's new and expensive. Plus the top would never get down your lanes.:augie:augie

That's a pretty cool build!

I would love to put a flatbed on the back of mine, but keep the back seats in too.

That's a proper tidy job innit.
Replace the load bed space with drawers, water, pull out cooker/kitchen etc. and bang a rtt on top so it sits roughly same height as roof. Sorted :D

The Aussies have some cracking dual cab Trol ute conversion companies.

I love the idea of a tray with removable sides and a removable half length storage box (so you've still got some flatbed even with the box in it) and a bolt on/off frame with a rack for a RTT .

Anyone who watches 4wd Action, the tray on Shauno's refreshed Dirty 30 is like that :thumb2

Can't wait to see it out on the tracks.

Don't know what you're trying to say about my lanes:nenau

I have general rule that if your mirrors are touching the sides suck it up and carry on:thumbs

That's why I need wheel spacers, rub tyres not trim :lol

Need humongous tyres to stop the rubbing on some I've taken the guys down:lol
Sure Banshee has got a video of us on probably the narrowest, scratchy lane in the lake district
