The number Pete supplied was the correct one. It appears the problem is my router. I'm using a Belkin router rather than O2's, i think I've fecked up the settings and dont know how to get it back. Anyone got a clue as i'm stumped.

Far to late with that advice, got rid of the Trol a fortnight ago and have not replaced it yet. Woke up this morning to six inches (the wife was hoping for eight:naughty) and had to tackle it in the mondeo, thankfully being front wheel drive it coped better than the BMW i had last winter.
