What sort of mpg do you get compared to the tdi.

Thinking of getting a 1994 TD 3door maverick for her indoors,got 140,000on the clock had recon gearbox and new clutch 4,000 ago.what is the TD engine like and has it got gear driven camshaft?.

Thanks for that Rustic am i thinking you put 100ml of multiglide and 105ml of g in the gearbox or am'i not reading it right?.

a answer to Stinka i think it is a bit quieter since the oil change,bit stiff to get into second when cold i know this is common on some vehicles are the terrano's like this, but sweet gear changes when warm.

Hi all on my 1998 2.7tdi terrano the box when hot is a bit noisy in neutral i guess input shaft bearings,how long will the box go on for and would you buy a used low millage or go for a recon box.the box changes gear very smoothly and with no noise any advice would be helpful.

1998 5 door teranno 2.7tdi manual can anyone tell me what is the correct oil for the gearbox and transfer box,the nissan hand book says API GL4 75-90 for the gearbox and the same for transfer box,my local auto suppliers agree for the gearbox but say the transfer box should have AQM oil in it.the...

Thanks for all the replies,got the terranno little bit of welding to do on rear chassis and one small patch on os inner sill.all the floor wheel arches body mounting points all good the mountings that come to the front bumper under arches need some work but main cross member at front of chassis...

Got offered a 1997 5door terrano with 156000 on the clock with good service history,what does anyone think of this sort of miles the rest of the truck is very clean for age.
