glow plugs yes its your glow plugs i had one also check the pipe going to the tubo as this has a half moon circle pipe in it and it can move blocking the turbo the same happened on mine hopes this helps

front shocks you can do it without removing anything did it on mine now has gas shocks top nut can be a bit of a pig to get off but the parts should come with a new one so cut mine off:thumbs
