    oil pressure switch

My assumption was that they are different but not sure, hence the question. The local Nissan dealer was not much help and wanted to charge £27 so I got one from a local parts place for £6, but again they said only one listed so not sure which one I have got.

    oil pressure switch

My oil light has now decided to come on and stay on rather than going off when I restart the engine, hoping its still the oil pressure switch. I have read all the threads about the low and high pressure switches, but cant find anything about if the switches are different, I would assume they...

New 4x4 owner - any mods needed for green lanes?

Well it took longer that expected due to fuel tank leaks and heater matrix repair but finally got to drive a green lane on saturday, and i must say it was great fun and I very much have the bug now. A mate at work took me around some lanes near Yarwell and the Terrano did very well, even my mate...

    Fuel tank sender

I had exactly the same problem a few weeks ago, noticed fuel all over the drive ! took it to a local garage who managed to braze a new pipe section onto the sender plate, the quote for a new unit was £400 so was quite pleased with their skills. Also had to replace the connecting steel pipe with...

    Rear diff rust concern

Whilst inspecting the underaneath of my Terrano this weekend, I noticed that the casing of the rear diff was starting to break up, on closer inspection and a bit of proding with a screwdriver a few chunks came away from the casing. I can understand a bit of surface rust flakes but this was 5mm...

    next outing

Yes im in Peterborough, I would prefer a nice gentle trip out to start with as never done any off roading before and need to understand the capability of the truck and the controls etc, not sure a P&P is the best thing for me as a starting point unless there are some very helpful people there.

    Planning a Laning day

I too am a novice, only had my Terrano for 2 months, but more than willing to join in for some fun as long as its only gentle off road to start with.

New 4x4 owner - any mods needed for green lanes?

Thanks for the help guys, I have the factory standard 17inch alloys fitted at present, and think I will try some easy off road at first to gain some driving experience and also to ensure I dont damage the vehicle. But looking at some of the pictures im sure it wont be long before I am ticking...
