just noticed the part that holds the wiper arm shaft has loads of play in them can you buy or mod a part to take the play out of these don't want to butcher my spare terrano yet as im fairly sure this would be an easy fix

It needs new shoes in the rear so was replacing them anyway even putting new drums on her but need to sort the oil leak first. It sounds a pain to sort but will get it done this week for mot time

It's def diff oil stained front of hub and came out the center cap of the wheel

just wondering noticed im leaking dif oil from the center cap of the wheel on the rear how are the difs sealed on the terrano 2 2.7 is it a case of a new gasket or is it a bearing out job etc shes a 97

noticed my old shocks all round have some oil stains around them so have got some kyb gas shocks are they ok for the terrano it mainly does road work but some times will be going into the field.

drop it of to the shop may be the best option pm on way

oh not to much of a rush lol my mot runs out on the 4th jan I thought it was the 27th for some reason so its had 4 tires 4 shocks need a track rod and have to weld the passenger sill

I wrote post on my phone lol. it comes of the bottem of the chasshie bracket and holds the handbrake cable and attaches to the diff. reason I think this one is bent it looks like a banana not by much but def has a curve to it and I assume others are straight

had a look at it and think im leaving it mine is a tdi has same engine but have noticed suttle differences on it ie interia dash is different headlights wings etc. when started it didn't sound well at all sounded a bit nocky.

I'm thinking of buying a 2001 terrano swb van type 4x4 it's been in a crash but thinking of using it to keep my lwb 5 door alive mine is a 1997 2.7 will the parts of the 2001 be compatable ie engines gear box etc obv doors won't as it's a 3 door and stuff like prop or say handbrake cables

im after a rear lower arm that goes from the sill to the diff as I think my one is bent needed for the drivers side and is a t2 lwb 5 door will pay postage if not local to me

Yer thinking about it if it was a injector not not working right there would be no fuel to cause grey mist out the exhaust. So other than air in the fuel is there anything else it don't smoke when under load it looks like it's had new fuel lines as these are metal to rubber hoses to the filter...

Thanks rustic I kno the bearings are on the way out on the water pump so more than likely that I've not really had time to take a proper look and trace the noise

Also what do you mean that if I buy a new injector you won't just fit them
