Havn't tried bleeding it yet. But when I took it apart there didn't appear to be any obstruction. I'll try bleeding it this evening.

Thanks for that, hope to get the switch fitted tomorrow. I noticed today that when driving the abs light doesn't come on at all, but when stationary and revving over 2000rpm it flashes on ! I'll change the fuel filter at the weekend too, so it'll give me the opportunity to see how much crap is...

Hi, Does anyone know where I can buy Plastic Headlight covers for my Terrano, it's a 1997 model, with the round headlights. Only I broke one the other week and they are getting more rare in the 2nd hand market (and expensive). Just want a little protection in the future. Thanks for your help

Is the "Nissan oil catch tank/valve " the same as the blow-by control valve that I have ? Only I have a pipe from the rocker to this "valve" which I can't see how it gets super-heated. I 'm getting more confused

OK, I've got one from the rocker, one to the turbo and one to the crankcase , which I assume is an outlet to drain the oil. So possibly there's a block down to the crankcase, hence why there is excess oil to the turbo . Yes ?

If I wanted to fit an Oil catch tank to my 1997 2.7tdi would I need one with 2 inlets and 1 outlet, i.e. 1 for the crankcase, 1 for rocker cover and 1 to the turbo ? Most of the one's I've seen only have 1 in and 1 out ? is there one to recommend ? Grateful for help. thanks

I have a broken off-side Terrano Headlight (the round type). Are they interchangeable between offside and nearside or do I need an off-side one specifically ? Also does anyone know of any available ? thanks

Well, I did the first part of the checks at the weekend. Although the tyres "looked" OK, I checked the pressures anyway and sure enough they were all over the place. Set them to the right pressures back and front and lo and behold it makes a hell of a difference to the handling. Can't believe...

I hear a lot about the use of Molyslip, can this be used in a rear diff or is it a definite no,no. ?

I'll check the tyre pressures and general condition first and then change the diff oil. See what happens then.
