Yep, defo diesel. I've already sorted the clutch damper pipe some time ago after reading various threads. Thanks. I'll take off the sender unit access plate to see if that reveals anything.

Pretty sure the return and feed are not the problem (according to the garage, I used 8 and 6mm). He suggested that there was another pipe which was leaking over the fuel tank which he blocked off. Is there a pipe that branches off from the feed or return pipes ?

Thanks for the Tip. That's the flow into the filter I assume ? I also assume I will have to pressurise the system with the button on top of the filter after it's all back together ?

Sorted ! The rod that goes into the Clutch Slave cylinder , the other end which connects to the clutch pedal where the bush is fitted (following me so far ?), had moved up its thread where I had been fiddling about over the last couple of weeks. So I wound the thread out a bit, and hey presto...

Many thanks. One of the pipes is leaking very slowly just by the chassis behind the back wheel. Like, the most inaccessible place of all ! So going to replace both pipes from the tank (under the carpet) to half way down where the pipes are easier to get to. Do I need to release any pressure...

Are these internal Diameters ? Excuse my ignorance, I thought fuel just flowed one way, what is the return for ? thanks

Bush Just bought one of these , fitted it the other day, bit tight in the bore so just cleaned it out a bit with some fine emery paper, greased it up and put it all back together. Made no difference !!! So, could it be a problem with the return spring ?
