hi all just bought another maverick 2.7 swb only got 79000 on payed 525 well pleased anyway,here what happens wineing noise so i put it into 4 wheel drive hi then back into 2 wheel drive hi reverse back then seems to be ok, someone told me that the gearbox or transfer box get wound up never herd...

hi just got my terrano tested,well pleased,the car has a spongy clutch pedel, notice the fluid level is down,to half way are these easy to bleed seems like air in the system noticed a bleed nipple just in front of the reservior the clutch is not slipping once in gear thanks

heater materix i have to mate i was like a water fall so have to do it never mind

hi all,autobox not changing when it should fluid seems abit dark,when struggles going up hills looked at the fluid level while ticking over right down near cold seems to struggle on the level basicly are we talking fluid change reason for asking just got the car use to manuals only forgot to add...

hi all thanks for the replys,symtems are the top hose hot and the bottom hose not even warm to touch, noticed the belt very slack its was on full adjustment,dont supose this will help,back flushed the rad,also blew the heater pipes thru as well just the water system had pressurised if the belt...

hi all its been awhile,took the mav for the test, went to pick it up well chuffed, adviseary on pads only .job done then so was i the wifes claimed it as here car

hi all help needed once again,while driving my mav yesterday, the brake warning light came on when i pressed the brake, when i took my foot of it went out the brake peadle was very hard to push and the car was taking some stopping this was all under normal driving conditions what i did notice...

hi got the chance of a mav with a bust box,never done a box change on these,are they easy or hard,secondly has anyone got a spare box lurking in the garage if i needed one,and how much would it be cheers paul ps have a good new year

hi all, my sons terrano battery will not hold its charge, altinator showing good power,am thinking draing thru starter, sorry forgot to add he went off roading init you can go jump it off starts fine go for a good run leave it few hours battery discharges any info would be grateful cheers paul
