I think i may have found it already, rubber fuel lines from the rear of the pump are a bit wet, looks like the line that returns to the tank?? but ill replace both from the metal lines to the injection pump

yeah mine roars like that, though its hard to stop the fan from moving when its running takes quite a bit of force to slow it, so maybe it is jammed..

I think this after market water pump has a removable visc fan clutch, Id hate to get a whole new pump again if i can replace just the clutch

Oh and for the fan, I dont hear it when i start it, but when i drive down the road the first few meters of acceleration i hear it then it dies down, now ill have to drive it and listen to see if it does it all the time or not because i dont really remember hearing it after that

So while at work I quickly pulled the inspection plate off and had a quick look, the hoses look fine, though also in saying that, i cannot be sure as the pipes are caked in this thick black greazy stuff, so ill have to get a good degreaser and give it a reall good clean before i proceed.
