Over the weekend have investigated the dropping clutch pedal and to my surprise damper pipe has already been removed and blocked off with a bolt! The pedal doesnt drop to the floor or anything but whilst driving is a lot lower than the brake pedal. If you pull pedal up with hand then push down...

Just the usual sinking half way and when pressed all way down like a clicking / cracking noise!! Still engages gear ok, first a bit notchy, but something to sort out this weekend probably. Fluid is fine and not lost any in the 2 weeks since we had it.

After much heartbreak and sleepless nights with my terrano, I bit the bullett and got rid, and replaced her with this Mav, and transplanted interior to Mav from Terrano, She is very clean with no exterior rust, just annoying clutch pedal at minute so here are some pics.

Also take care not to lose the washers from around the banjo and spacer, one at bottom of spacer where it joins pump, then one either side of banjo. Total 3..lol

I have my old one in front of me inside the slotted screw/bolt sit the three little washers, then spring , then ball bearing, that was what it was on my terrano pump and new valve aswell when it arrived!! Unfortunately I never got mine sorted! Good Luck. Rich..

Hi Clutch on my Mav doesnt return like its supposed to, when I flick it up with my toe it drops back down straight away. Have checked fluid and all is fine but need to sort this, is there a download guide for it? I've read loads of old threads but what way is best to eliminate this annoying...

My new truck has a Kenlow Hotstart on it? Does anybody know what exactly they are for or do as chap said there was a booklet in history that explained it but no booklet cheers rich

Yeah it is but the chap took my brother in laws 106 last year with a blown head gasket for 180!! Dunno how they make it pay, but still must somehow?

He was a breaker but says he might have a try at getting it running as still mot'd, but was straight with him and told him pump was knackered!! Interior out of mav that I put in it was mint though so even without the leather still a very smart truck!!

Didnt quite get 400 scrap but pretty near. 380 so pleased as i can be i suppose being as i took leather out and starter too!!

yeah found out this morning cant take off silvers from se terrano as paint comes with them so gonna leave that now and scrap tomorrow hopefully for 400 squids!!

Well she is back from garage and doesnt run!! Mechanic says same as solarman get her to nissan for diagnostics but after speaking to them today cannot justify outlaying any more money. Gonna scrap her I think so what she worth?Automatic,New Starter Motor, New exhaust, 2 new front tyres, lovely...

Well finally she has gone......to the garage anyway!! We've dipped our toes in so now we gotta go all the way and pay for it to be sorted, well hopefully anyway!! Hopefully will start some sort of diagnostics work tomorrow so just got to keep my fingers crossed and see..Wish me luck as might not...
