Iv'e found a cap that covers the recharge valve/doohicky. I'm picking it up friday, If its the right cap I'll pop it in the post the same day. If not I've got a spare for someone else! :lol

stay out of economy/overdrive & keep a low gear, I need to change down in the works van when hits hills on the motorway otherwise that would just go backwards! :lol

That's a good looking truck you have there mate, & the oil cooler looks well up to the job. :thumb2 Isn't the air con bit normally a Schrader valve? Could the fitting be re-tapped/ helicoiled & a new valve fitted?
