An after market ATF (automatic transmission fluid) cooler is basically a small radiator.

This is one I rescued from my broken radiator after hacking the bottom off with a hacksaw:-

And before you ask.... no you can't have it :D it is going to be plumbed into my trucks oil line as an additional cooler ready for our trip to Morocco later this year.... hopefully with a different ending to this one :thumbs

no news yet folks , and im not phoning , so they can get on with it :D

nope . no phone calls , and i havent rung them , im waiting for them to ring me , i dont wanna disturb them in the execution of their duty :lol , but i think that cooler thingy has held things up a bit .

sheila ( our lass ) is getting really fed up about me borrowing her disco at night though , because when she goes to work on the morning she has to adjust the seat , wing mirrors etc lol :lol:lol

i hope you fill with deisel for her too! i know i wouldnt!!!!!

to be fair i dont use it that often , because its a bit difficult to get into , i have to put my good leg on the sidestep , then use my stick to push myself in, anyway she only lets me use it if its important .. for going to the shop for example lol , i have put a tenner of diesel in it tho .

but this one is cooled by the water in the rad. you just air cooling this part now bat ?

oh and briggie. not ringing will make them think your not fussed and they might put other jobs first... but then again they might think your a pain in the bum if you keep ringing. id give them a buzz friday morning and see how its going . or just pop in if you can pinch the disco for 10 mins.

if i keep piniching the disco , she may demand favours from my body in return :naughty:eek:
