if it was the fuel filter or the pipes would the problem not be there constantly? the jeep runs fine 99% of the time and does 30-40 miles every day with no probs.

no, theres no dash light illuminated. theres no mini filter on the fuel pump. should i try replacing the fuel filter?

hi, about 2 weeks ago i had driven about 40 miles when i lost all power in my terrano. basically even in first gear the car would hardly move! i turned the engine off then restarted it - problem solved!! its been running fine since!! had exactly the same problem today after around a 20 mile...

they look cracking dinky!! makes it look like a real fierce vehicle!!! it really makes the terrano stand out from the others!!

contacted a few pay and play sites up in scotland that are quite happy if you have no mot/tax etc. Most of their members drive on the sites without it at the moment. Most pay and play sites are based on private land, therefore as long as you have the owners permission not only do you not need...

i like the T2 as my every day vehicle, thats why i bought it. its got everything i need for a day to day basis. I cant afford to keep another vehicle on the road with tax, mot, insurance etc so an offroader seems my best bet.

i need my car every day so cant risk damaging it in anyway. the T2 is costing me enough to keep on the road these days!! Id rather just have an old 4x4 that i can trailer to any tracks and not have to worry about any damage caused! im also a saddo and like a sparkling clean car every day!!!!

you are all making me jealous!!! i just want an old wreck of a 4x4 of any make for off road use that i can gradually mod!!! the missus keeps reducing my budget though!!

chaster... mine is the same, the stereo, milometer, clock and all digital displays get affected by this... but mine doesnt seem to be seasonal, just stays bad all year!!!

what are old style swb vitaras like for basic off roading in? i used to have a grand vitara which was bad enough to drive on tarmac never mind off road so are these any better? thanks

ive got the 2.7 tdi and its probably about the same. depends if your foots flat to the floor all the time... mine normally is!!!

good luck with it - its an easy job to fit. it made a big big difference to the power and driving of my car when i changed it.

i tried working with the door panel just pulled out but there seems to be some sort of film over all the electrics to protect them in the door panel so it was kinda awkward to see anything.

there isnt any screw on the handle. there are 2 screws at the side of the panel and a screw to take the big black handle to close the door off but the actual handle to open the door doesnt seem to have any screws. just a black surround with the metal handle and door lock on it.

checked my part no. its 0281002207. this was actually different from my original part number which i replaced. i took a chance for £40 and it worked great. however i dont know if it would work on a 3.0 t2.

guys.... tried to remove the centre console today but couldnt get it out coz of the gear sticks... how do i overcome this? tried to remove the doorcard, managed to get it all off apart from the door handle... how do i get this off, cant find any screws holding it?

thats what i thought sweety. i'll take the seat out tomorrow and see what the score is.
