Grease Guns - they are a mystery !

Your problem is the air gap that's created when changing the cartridge. What you need to to is remove the little seal and gently release the plunger a bit and push some grease out of your new tube before screwing it back together. That way the valve in your pump gets grease straight away. I...

I have always been told there is no such thing as a stupid question. If you guys knew me and the job I do , then realised I have asked you about what oil to put in my truck you would shake your heads at me lol . Even if you have a good idea of what's wrong it's always good to get a second...

    Battery not charging

What solarman said. We also have a local guy who will test and fix. But is too far from you. A lot of time's the failure is as simple as a regulator pack . Might be worth seeing if you have any companies local. Best of luck :)

    Wing repair

jims-terrano A few pics of what's under your plastic arch and work involved to weld them up if you fancy it. This is a fair example of what you find. Though the last lot I did were worse. Rough cut to find the wing profile using the plastic trim. Below the indicator where you would find the...

    instrument cluster

You need a steady hand and small solder iron. all in all including taking it out ect it did not take very long. 1 to 2 hrs max Also found having it stood up and not laying on its back made the solder take a lot easier if that makes scene. Or the solder tends to drop through the board.

    Hi

Yea galvanised is abit scruffy to work with. Yea I kinda did cut different parts to get the right shape around the bottom edge and the lip. Stopping it from warping due to the heat and weld shrink is a challenge.

    Hi

Your confused lol I don't have a snorkel fitted haha.
  16. T

    Hi

Welded them up. Used galvanised steel more so because it was free but also it won't rot that section as quick. It's a bit messy to weld but the end result is ok. Can take some pics of them fitted if that's what your looking for too?

I have to do the display in the one I just bought. I think I have read somewhere else that you can buy the lcd separate and it's possible to change it. Will keep you posted.
