once timing marks on gears line up u nedd to look at download manual get a dial gauge take out bolt in the back surrounded be the injector pipes (best done before u put pipes back on ) then with turn the pump clockwise or anti clockwise to get the correct reading on the dial gauge its all in...

If the metal frame is rusty around the glass then take out glass take off the rubber seal that goes round glass and re seal with silicone put rubber seal back on when silicone is stilk wet leave it to dry then put back on did this to mine 3 to 4 years ago and still nice and dry:thumbs
