What oil should I put in the transfer box

Update. ATF now in good order, goes in to all gears and drives as it should but getting a wining noise for about 5 seconds when changing and putting in to park, as if if not in gear fully

It's a 2001, the ATF is a nice cherry red so waiting for shops to open then will top up fluid and try again no signs of any leaks

Right update so far, started truck and selected reverse went into gear ok as I put up the revs there was a small clunk and drive came back but was very lumpy

Hi chaps just been brought home on the back of a wagon, lost all drive will roll forward but not backwards but will not drive either way, checked oil and is low the question is what oil do I put in the gear box, thanks in advanced Ps I think it's more than just low oil

Right guys, the noise was from my inter coller I left one of the clips off the big hose and the starting problem was heater plugs, so now off out for a test drive. Fingers crossed

Started getting a whining noise when I go above 4000 rpm while driving, sounds like it's coming from the engine bay. What's your thoughts
