Why is a hid kit better than a led lightbar? Led's certainly light the place up. Hids are probably better for distance but I wouldn't think long range lighting when laning was a priority. I'm no expert on the matter and was asking rather than saying. Lightbar is deffo on my wish list.

Without reading it all again, I think the heater was blowing cold. Faulty sender doesn't do that.

If you fitted an 88C stat and it's still running cold, my guess is blocked heater matrix. Usual cure is take both pipes off and flush it out with a garden hose. Only other time i have known it to happen is if the coolant level is very low. I assume you topped it up when you did the thermostat.

Whenever I ask about the practicalities of (cream) leather seats I'm always told everything just wipes off with a damp cloth. Not that I ever believed them.

I've got one. LWB My EML comes on sometimes too, but only if I have stalled it.
