ok, tried all that no joy, also noticed timeing marks and keyway dont line up to well, the gear i,m using is the one off the elec pump [ i didnt get the gear with the mech pump ] could the slot or t/marks be differant on this one. its got no37 cast into it, hope some one can help.

hi, after removing all the bits to get at the fuel pump i found a part stopping me from getting at the bottom pump bolt, its got a narrow tube going into side of engine and another drive gear under pump gear just wondered what it was before i took it off as its not in the manual, any ideas thanks.

dead pump ? okay, the filter is in the only banjo bolt fuel inlet front of pump, tried flash codes no joy, so tried to get system diagnosed finally today found someone who has the 12 pin plug, have to wait till he checks the system, mean time i,ll have another go at flash codes, the only pumps...

My pump may be deceased, if so could cncfabs give me a price on a mech pump and pedal etc if i have to take it off i may as well do the job properly and get rid of the fbw thanks.

runing on engine hi mate sounds like a sticking fuel stop solenoid either try some inj cleaner, or try the sol off the old engine easy job good luck.
