hi again my maverick lost a lot of gear oil whilst swapping the engine, the question is do they have a drain plug ? and does anybody know where the filler plug is roughly?

the engine that came out was the same as the one we fitted which was the later 1997 onwards td27ti not td27t

Thinking about it I did get told that the injectors are dependant on the engine code (hence the reason I never thought to check them) does the make of the injector match the manufacturer of the maf????????????????????

we kept the orriginal pump of the car as was told that it was coded and needed to be kept. The injectors looked the same visually but never thought to check!. the car has not been looked after so will put a filter in today and try that. Thinking about it though the maf sensor is actually being...

just that we have just put another engine in and the new engine came with injectors allready in. management light is on so gonna get it plugged in to see what it says over the next couple of days.

Hi trhere does anybody know if the first injector (number 1) is coded or is it interchangable????. Asking as my mav has developed a fault in the form of when sitting still if I rev the engine then let the power off suddenly the engine cuts out. ANY IDEAS ??????????

just been reading the steering stop download and mine have def gone any body know the best place to get replacements as milners aint showing them on the web.

I have been reading a lot about the mii filters fitted to the fuel pumps and am curious if anybody knows wether or not all mavericks and terranos have them or just the older square headlight versions

I had this go on my old one and got a new pipe from ford (although it came in a nissan bag) for about £27. apparently its a slave pipe to realease the pressure from the pedal therefore making the clutch pedal lighter and easier to use. It was ford who told me this so not sure how true or accurate.
